The London-based tech company Nothing is reportedly gearing up to launch a new addition to its smartphone lineup — the Nothing Phone 3a Lite. Following the success of the Phone (3a), this upcoming handset is expected to target the mid-range segment, offering the brand’s signature design and software experience at a more affordable price point.
According to multiple reports, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite will soon make its global debut, including in key markets such as India and Europe. Ahead of the official launch, the device has been spotted on benchmarking platforms and has now had its price and release timeline leaked online.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite: Price and Launch Timeline
A recent report from French publication Dealabs suggests that the Nothing Phone 3a Lite will launch in early November 2025 across Europe. The smartphone is expected to go on sale starting November 4, 2025, marking the company’s next major product release after the Phone (3a).
In terms of pricing, the handset is said to be priced at EUR 249.99 (approximately ₹22,700) in France. Interestingly, the report mentions that the device could cost slightly less — around EUR 239.99 (approximately ₹21,800) — in select European countries, potentially making it the most affordable smartphone from the company so far.
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite is expected to launch in a single variant featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. As for design options, the smartphone will reportedly come in two classic colourways — Black and White, staying true to Nothing’s minimalist aesthetic.
While there is no official confirmation regarding the Indian launch date, reports suggest that the device will arrive in the country shortly after its European debut.
Nothing Phone 3a Lite: Expected Specifications
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite was recently spotted on Geekbench under the model number A001T, revealing key hardware details. According to the listing, the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, an efficient mid-range processor designed for balanced performance and power efficiency. The chipset will be paired with the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, ensuring smooth gaming and multitasking.
The benchmark scores further suggest that the handset will deliver respectable performance for its price range. The Nothing Phone 3a Lite reportedly achieved 1,003 points in the single-core test and 2,925 points in the multi-core test, while its GPU scored 2,467 points in the OpenCL benchmark — highlighting promising graphics performance.
On the software front, the smartphone is expected to run Android 15 out of the box, likely with Nothing OS 3.0, featuring the company’s clean and customizable interface, along with its signature dot-matrix design language and glyph-inspired animations.
What to Expect
While the company has yet to confirm official specifications, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite is expected to retain the brand’s hallmark transparent design, glyph LED lighting, and premium build quality — all hallmarks of the Nothing ecosystem. However, to maintain affordability, some features such as wireless charging or a high-end camera sensor might be toned down compared to the flagship models.
If the leaked pricing holds true, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite could become one of the most competitive devices in the ₹20,000–₹25,000 range in India, directly rivaling smartphones like the Redmi Note 14 Pro, Realme 13 Pro, and iQOO Z9 5G.
